Butler Rose is working with a leading business in the search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


This is an office-based opportunity based in Rugby, Warwickshire, and the salary on offer is up to £26,000 per annum.


Main duties include:

  • Validation and processing of supplier invoices
  • Preparation of payment runs in SAP for online payment
  • Updating the cash book
  • Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
  • Support staff with Expense claim submissions
  • Supporting the Finance Team
  • Previous experience within a busy Accounts Payable team
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident in using various IT systems including MS Excel
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential (on the job training will be provided)
