Description

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Health Visitor to work within the Amber Valley locality, primarily covering caseloads in the Ripley area.

The Amber Valley 0-19 Team have just been awarded Gold accreditation for their work with Families and Communities.

DCHS is a forward-thinking, supportive Trust, who are a baby-friendly, accredited organisation and achieved Outstanding CQC status in 2019.

The 0-19 Children's Service was awarded DCHS team of the year in 2019.


Working in a diverse town you will find that there are lots of opportunities for developing public health work with communities and partner agencies, as well as delivering the core contacts within the Healthy Child Programme.
