WE Talent are working with a family owned manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Colchester who are recruiting for an
Administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Being the key point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Able to assist on producing quotes and advice on products full training will be provided on their products
  • Managing deliveries by liaising with relevant teams, using client portals to arrange delivery and create delivery notes
  • Use Sage in order to create and manage invoices for the business
  • Liaise with clients regarding missing information and chase invoices when needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to the companies clients existing and new, to be part of the brand and its reputation

Requirements:


  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Sage50
