Senior Recruiter - Programmes & Campaigns
- 6 Month Fixed Term Contract E3)

As a Senior Recruiter in our Campaigns & Programmes team, you'll be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment campaigns and programmes across the business.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract which can be based at any of our store support centres in either London, Coventry or Manchester
What you need to do
- Creating excellent recruitment experiences in collaboration with our Hiring Managers and Recruitment Operation teams to make sure that they hire quality and diverse talent into our business
- Supporting the end to end recruitment campaign lifecycle including vacancy management, short listing, feedback, offer negotiation and contracts
- Developing good relationships externally and in collaboration with the wider recruitment team, Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure that work is focused in the right way to deliver on the business requirements, keeping others well informed throughout the recruitment campaigns
- Responsible for delivering effective campaigns at pace, ensuring these are cost effective enabling the business to save to reinvest
