About The Role

We are now recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the sales team
Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers
Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly
Processing customer orders
Raising Commercial Invoices
To assist export agents as and when required
Previous experience of working in an administrative role, sales administration would be advantageous
The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
Good Customer Service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Excellent reporting skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.
This role may also suit a recent Business graduate who is eager to work in the Energy and Maritime sector
