Description

As the D365 Principal Consultant you will provide strategic direction and own the design of Insights' Dynamics365 solution.

What you will need:

An expert understanding of CE, Dual Write and F&SCM
Take ownership for the design and utilisation of the Dynamics365 solution.
Develop and own a roadmap of changes and enhancements for Insights' instance of Dynamics36
You will ensure that the configuration, customisation, and utilisation of Dynamics365 drives process efficiencies, and creates new opportunities to improve Customer Journeys and Experience.
You will work closely with Microsoft to understand future D365 capabilities to ensure Insights are getting the best from their investment.
Provide leadership and direction to the F&SCM Consultant, and F&SCM technical Consultant.
Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to evolve the D365 solution
