I am currently recruiting for a client based in Blackburn, who are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor.

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to their valued customers, ensuring the optimal functioning of their systems.

You will be the bridge between customers and their R&D Engineering team, offering prompt and effective assistance to address queries and technical challenges.

Your expertise will contribute to maintaining and enhancing their product range, as well as guiding customers in making informed decisions for their heating control needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our R&D Engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to address and clarify technical queries effectively.
  • Utilize customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement and optimisation of our existing product range.
  • Assist customers in becoming familiar with their heating controls, offering expert guidance on product selection for new installations, and diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Propose suitable alternative products, services, or solutions to customers as part of issue resolution, taking their unique needs into account.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus and understanding of their needs, always trying to find a resolution in a calm manner.
  • Previous IT experience is desirable but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a cando attitude
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills with a range of customers and stakeholders (businesses or end costumers)
