Description

A Local Authority based in Tyne and Wear is currently recruiting for a Adaptations Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.

The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of individual home adaptations.


The post holder will provide technical support to colleagues and vulnerable customers through the Disabled Facilities Grants and adaptation process.

They will also respond to complaints and giving advice to customers on housing options and property improvementoptions.


Applications are sought from individuals with expertise in delivering customer support services, carrying out surveys in domestic properties, pre and post inspections in domestic properties, managing works to domestic properties; and with experience of workingin partnership with a range of partners to deliver positive outcomes for customers.


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£18 - £20 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
