Overview:


An established directly authorised Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) firm based in the Thames Ditton area and who has been established for over 20 years, requires an experienced mortgage and protection broker to join the team, offering whole of marketmortgage and protection advice to the high volume of leads and referrals being passed over on a day-to-day basis, from an array of sources in the Thames Ditton area.


Main Duties:


Working with this directly authorised Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm based in the Thames Ditton area, as an experienced mortgage and protection broker, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients,where you will have the opportunity to write 15-20 mortgage cases per month.


Our client will provide all leads via existing clients who receive regular industry updates, referrals from the in-house IFA's as well as established estate agency.

Based on the number of enquiries, an experienced mortgage broker should be able to write mortgages per month, at present the minimum case size including the broker fee and life bankings is over £2,500.


This well-respected IFA firm based in Thames Ditton offer an excellent basic salary, a realistic OTE of £100k, plus all mortgage administrative support, to enable you as an experienced mortgage broker to write 15-20 mortgages per month.

Once as a mortgage broker you have established yourself within the office, working flexibility is also on offer.

Key Skills:

For this excellent mortgage broker opportunity based in Thames Ditton, previous mortgage broker experience is essential, along with CAS.


The key to this role is to offer the clients a first-class full service ensuring that you retain business therefore relationship building is key to this role.


As all the mortgage leads are referred via various sources, there is a real opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to obtain referrals and recommendations, and development our own portfolio of clients.


Summary:
