We currently have a fantastic growth opportunity for an NQ-2PQE fee-earner within our Commercial Property team in Telford due to the acquisition of a number of new clients/matters. You will be working alongside some very experienced fee-earners offering the opportunity for development including their breadth of work. Our Telford office has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme, offers on-site parking and has some exciting developments beyond the team and office, such as a new practice management system and people strategy.

The team
Our Commercial Property division totals 35 fee earners and support staff across five offices, so you'll be joining a vastly experienced and supportive team.
In Telford, you'll be part of a friendly team of six - including three other experienced fee earners - who will be on hand to help with your own continuous professional development.
The role and opportunity
In this busy yet rewarding role, you'll be managing a varied caseload of commercial property work including sale and purchases, conditional contracts, non-contentious commercial lease work, option agreements, purchase and disposal of commercial and residential development sites and property re-financing matters.
About you
As well as being technically proficient, with a good sense of judgment in handling commercial property matters, you will be a team player who engages and works well with clients and colleagues alike.
