Well, if you're interested in our Junior Customer Strategy Lead role, this might be your next step This is a great choice for an ambitious and proactive commercial professional to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billiejust to name a few).

Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:

Revenue Optimisation:

Provide analysis and reporting to aid in revenue optimisation decisions e.g., promotional reviews, cost price increase tracking, and competitor price and promotion tracking.


New product Development (NPD)

Coordination & Tracking:

Act as the conduit between marketing and sales to provide key analysis on data to support launch plan tracking on NPD, including performance vs.

target, price, and promotion compliance checks.


Channel Strategy:

Sales analysis, category and shopper data and other performance metrics to support decision making and course correction to business plans.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

  • Experience within an FMCG company is essential (Sales, Marketing, Category or Finance)
  • BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint User
  • Health & Beauty and Grocery retailer experienced preferred
  • Power BI knowledge desirable
