Kays Medical are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their Occupational Health team.
The role consists of supporting the inhouse Occupational Health team with a range of admin tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, providing KPI information and reports, along with filling and diary management.
Key accountabilities are:
- Record Occupational health surveillance results on matrix to ensure legal compliance is met and maintained
- Managing Occupational health surveillance recall requirements
- Reviewing preplacement and employee live cycle Occupational health questionnaires and tracking outcomes
- Complete KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Filing of Occupational Health appointment notes
- Inviting Occupational Health service users for their appointments
- Producing reschedules for Occupational health surveillance and Occupational health promotion activity
- Maintaining OH consumables inventory and placing orders when required
- Supporting Occupational Health Advisor with other administrative duties
- Support the Occupational Health team as required and with suitable training to undertake, health surveillance measurements and test collection
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience working with confidential sensitive data and strong IT skills in particular excel is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to operate within a level of ambiguity
- Previous administration experience is essential and you must be compliant with GDPR and have the ability to maintain confidentiality as you will be responsible for handling sensitive information
- Flexible to changing priorities and have the ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy, highvolume environment.
- Strong ICT packages including word, excel, teams and power point A good level of customer service skills.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Desirable
- A background working within an occupational health environment OR a HR background with experience working closely with occupational health
