Outskirts of Colchester

Up to £32,000 DOE

In the busy food industry, my client shines above many and continues to offer great food and great service for all types and ages.

Sitting in an affluent village on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex this popular Restaurant requires an experienced RestaurantManager to lead the establishment to the next level

You will be a flexible, hands-on person that can work well within a team with fantastic inter-personal skills.

This position would suit someone who has a passion to work and is a self-motivated and enjoys working with people.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

Lead, train and motivate staff
Work closely with The Head Chef / Owner
Delivery of exceptional service at all times
Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as Restaurant Manager
