Our client is an award-winning public relations agency, supporting businesses from the travel and hospitality industries among others.

They now have an opportunity for an experienced New Business Director to join the agency and lead on pro-active and reactivebusiness outreach and proposals to help grow the company.

About the role
This role would suit a highly ambitious individual, looking to accelerate their professional development at the next level.

Reporting to the Company Founders, the New Business Director will be responsible for identifying, contacting and managing new clientopportunities, as well as managing inbound requests.

Key aspects of the role include:

Undertaking a proactive outreach to generate leads and engage with potential new clients;
Managing inbound enquiries;
Producing and presenting pitches, and managing the whole pitch process;
Meeting the necessary financial targets set;
Training and engaging the wider team in new business opportunities;
Providing creative direction to campaigns across the agency to fit new business aims.

The ideal person
The person will be ambitious and excited to grow a team. They will be a strategic and creative thinker, able to translate this expertise into compelling pitches. They will also be a confident communicator and presenter.
