Due to retirement, one of our Tameside manufacturers are looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety advisor.

Reporting to The Production Director, SPL are looking to appoint (following a retirement) a Health & Safety Advisor based in Tameside, where they will assist in the Management of the Health & Safety systems, carrying out Risk Assessments and liaising with QA Management to ensure our standards meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 & other external accreditations.

Perform H&S duties over about 3 days per week and use the rest of the week to assist the QA Manager with Environmental accreditations, tool-box training, and audits etc.

Salary will start about £35K but as the advert says it's negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
