Senior Children's Therapeutic Care Practitioner
Salary:
£30,095 - £33,020 full time permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, operating on a flexible shift pattern
including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep per week (included in salary) sleeps
Plus:

£1000 new starter bonus
- The first £500 will be paid after a succesful 3 month probation; the next £500 will be paid after a succesful 6 month probation

- Be aware of the aims of the home and work collaboratively with all colleagues to achieve them
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will be required to:
- Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
- Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
- Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager. To promote our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with Clinical and Education services on site.
- Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values.
