Description
LFUK Recruitment are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to work for our client based in the Skelmersdale area.


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Accounts Management:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

General Administration:


  • Oversee general office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as appropriate.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Assisting the management team; organising company events, meetings etc.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Liaise with internal teams to gather and communicate relevant information.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure effective communication within the organization.

Compliance and Record Keeping:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and reference.

Qualifications:


  • Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts management and general administration.
  • Experience using Sage and Quickbooks

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
