Working Foreman required for immediate start.

_**:

• This is a key role with a variety of possibilities; not limited to carrying out supervision and reporting, repairs, upgrades, refurbs and newbuilds.**_

Much of the works involves dilapidation and refurbishment in a variety of sectors.

_**:

• The hours for this role are 39 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime

_:

• In order to be successful in this fastpaced role, you will need to hold a SSTS or SMSTS as a minimum and have a sound knowledge of the construction business

_:

• Communicate paperwork efficiently

_:

• Ensure a high level of customer care

_:

• Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to

• Attend meetings and training when required

_:

• A full driving licence is essential for this role.**_

Salary:
£15.00-£25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
