Our client is a highly advanced manufacturing company specialising in the design and production of interior fit out and modular construction solutions.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the supervision of people, products, customers, and subcontractors across a range of products on allocated sites in the Southeast.

- Effectively ensure site performance for all supply and fit products are delivered on time
- Responsible for making sure products and deliveries and information is being transferred back into the business (via Contracts Manager)
- Attending black hat meetings
- Responsible for Toolbox talks and ensuring RAMS are up to date
- Facilitating client needs; including monitoring progress of plots/site works
- Effective control of all onsite Health & Safety requirements and best practices
- Ensuring all British Offsite and subcontractor workforce are effectively inducted by the principal contractor
- Supervision and responsibility for ensuring subcontractors are adhering to the programme
- Coordination and day to day management of subcontractors
- Reporting to QA team any product defects or quality improvements.
- Ensuring production efficiency levels are maintained to the required targets.
- Ensuring Customer project teams needs are met at site level and Customer satisfaction is always maintained.
- Creating stable demand in the business meeting client needs, ensuring products are installed against our own internal
- Accurate reporting to Management of variations to contract works and/or delays to programme affecting efficiency or cost.
- Effective monitoring and organisation of onsite stock levels.
- Accurately managing the sign off deliveries and ensuring they are in correct locations
- Understanding manufacturer's & company's installation requirements, manuals, diagrams, and technical drawings using the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)
- Accurately updating internal programmes or providing data for them to be updated in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensuring accurate documentation is completed for orders and contra charges
- Attending project sites as and where required.
- Day to day support of the companies' contracts
- Any other duties commensurate with the post
- Previous experience of managing a team
- SMSTS & CSCS
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
- Previous experience within a subcontractor environment
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- High standards of quality, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with all relevant products, stock, and parts
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience of procurement and tendering processes
- Previous experience of housekeeping/management of subcontractor packages
- Up to date knowledge of construction legislation, contract documentation and industries best practice
- Excellent negotiation skills
- An ability to build rapport
- Full UK Driving Licence (willingness to travel to variable site locations)
- CSCS Card
