Managing Consultant required ASAP working in education sector in Clifton.

The Role:


Working with an established team of education consultants, you will be responsible for managing their targets and daily tasks to ensure the team are working efficiently and achieving tasks set.


This will include:


  • 121's and appraisals
  • Increase productivity throughout the team
  • Setting targets and budgets
  • Planning of internal recruitment and helping to grow the sales team
  • Training and mentoring new members of staff
  • The role requires someone who is hard working, ambitious and has experience within recruitment, either as a Senior Consultant or Team Leader.
  • A minimum of 6 month's recruitment and management experience
  • Experience of working in a busy and fastpaced environment
  • To understand the needs of the business and the face paced environment we work in
  • Be goal orientated, determined and driven.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative, to work independently but also as an effective teamplayer.

We are an independent agency and give you the autonomy to run your desk and the office.

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
