Our client, a leading automotive retailer is representing an outstanding brand in a prime dealer location in Tunbridge Wells. They are looking to recruit a proven Service Advisor with a strong motor trade background.


You must have an incredible passion for people and the drive to create a memorable customer service experience for each and every customer.

Always striving to improve Customer Service Scores and sales results month on month whilst providing a service akin to that of a 5-star Hotel.

The Role

To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times

To liaise with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards.

Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
Making sure customer awareness of all available retailer services


Role Requirements
Ideally, You will have previous experience in a similar, high-end brand within the motor trade
You must be a good communicator, have excellent customer satisfaction skills, be organised and flexible
Have a good understanding of the Service Department
Work well under pressure
You must have a full, valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
