As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring the progress and well-being of all students.

This position is perfect for those with previous classroom-based experience, a genuine desire to work in education, and a willingness to support children of all abilities.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Assisting students of all abilities with their learning and development
Providing 1:1 support for students who require additional help
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
Working collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall progress of the class
