We are currently seeking a Children's Senior Residential Support Worker for an outstanding market leading organisation within children's residential and educational services.

This beautiful new children's home are recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team.
In this role, you will support the young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them.
This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the home.

LEVEL 3 OR LEVEL 4 in residential child care qualification/Children & young people's workforce:
MUST already live in the UK, visa sponsorships are NOT offered:
They also have 1 Deputy Manager positionavailable

They also have residential support worker roles also available at this home and location if you do not have the level 3/4 residential child care qualification yet which we can
put you forward for.
