_We are on the unique position of being able to implement ground-breaking digital technology faster, cheaper and more effectively than anywhere else in the world.
It is currently undertaking the development and roll-out of a national fixed wireless networkunlike anything else on the market. The_fixed wireless network delivers bandwidth through the air without the disruption and cost of traditional ground fibre schemes._
Due to successful growth in the UK we are looking for Development Engineers to join our Research and Development team.
The role will involve researching and conceptualising a variety of developments on our infrastructure. These could vary from modification of antenna to advising on mechanical structures. You will also be involved in the ongoing development, project managementand implementation of these solutions.
Requirements of the Development Engineer
Design and develop new processes and products
Research and develop new materials, instruments, and equipment
Create plans and timelines
Develop detailed product specifications, and conduct feasibility studies
Promote collaboration and teamwork
Provide assistance to other engineers
Stay current on industry trends
Design, develop, research, test, analyse, and evaluate new and modified products, processes
Analyse and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and diagrams
Analyse and evaluate alternative solutions
Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal customers and suppliers
Develop and audit test plans
Provide technical assistance and training to less experienced employees
The ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English

The Successful Development Engineer is likely to be currently working as a research engineer, test engineer, development engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer or design engineer
