Are you an IFA Administrator/Personal Assistant with experience working on a 1-2-1 basis with a Financial Adviser or group of wealth management executives.

My client is a local Independent Financial Advice firm advising clients across Lincolnshire. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, and some Protection.


My client is creating a brand-new role within the business for an established Financial Administrator/Personal Assistant with a background in financial services or similar.

The role will be office based and supporting the MD with all her affairs and clients. This will be a mix of IFA Administration and Personal Assistant duties.

My client can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package including pensions, death in service and attractive earning potential.


Required work experience/skills:


  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role within is preferable but not essential
  • Some understanding of basic financial terms
