- Be the first point of contact for new enquiries following up leads and turning interest into active clients.
- Conduct professional home assessments, gathering information to build personalised care plans.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families through warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Work with the Managing Director to develop client engagement and growth strategies.
- Represent Neeryville with care, credibility, and confidence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in care supervision, coordination, or client liaison (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
- Unlimited earning potential, the more clients you convert, the more you earn (5% of weekly fees for 3 months per new client).
- Average commission: £75–£105 per client, weekly.
- Comprehensive training, induction, and ongoing support.
