Description
We are looking to attract Litigation Executive/Team Leader to join our casualty team in the Manchester office.
Our team specialise in investigating and defending casualty claims that arise in particular sectors such as construction, retail & leisure, manufacturing, transport & logistics and the public sector.
The Casualty team have over 400 lawyers that act for globaland specialist insurers such as Lloyds and London Market underwriters, brokers, FTSE-100, FTSE-250 and multinational corporations, local authorities and charities.
The role will be focused around handling pre-litigated and litigated fast track cases arising from a mixture of employers liability, public liability and product liability claims.
We are interested in Litigation Executives who have previous defendant EL/PL pre-lit and litigation experience.
A similar background in a defendant law firm would be ideal, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communication information logically is key - together with proficient IT skills.
