BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a retirement living service in Andover SP10


We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanor to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.

Pay rate starting from £12.82 ph PAYE plus holiday rising to £13.71 in April

or Via £15.17 umbrella up to £16.30 in April.

20 Hours per week, over 4 days (flexible to which days) This is a temp to perm role

This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+


We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth running service.


  • Speak with the residents on a daily basis
  • Check the properties for any repairs and reports
  • Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
  • Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
  • Health and safety checks
  • Signposting any concerns

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£12.82-£16.30 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andover, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
