Your role will involve:


  • Taking ownership of the B2B marketing funnel, working closely with the commercial team, Head of Brand and channel leads to build out an achievable strategy and marketing plan that will deliver on commercial objectives to reach new and existing customers.
  • Leveraging data to generate awareness with existing and new customers across all of our channels with relevant and consistent messaging.
  • Developing a lead generation marketing machine to support the sales team and continue to grow out the multicategory OnBuy offering.
  • Arming our sales team with the best tools for success. Developing and overseeing the production of a suite of collateral that best showcases our proposition in order to win new clients.
  • Building out a communications programme for our existing customer base, designed to encourage adoption of the system, seller best practice and the reduction of churn.
  • Creating, owning and running critical paths for each campaign, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and making sure that all parties are updated and on track.
  • Analysing and reporting on all marketing activity; drive efficiencies and optimise campaigns.

Requirements:


What we are looking for:


  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrable B2B marketing experience in a similar role/ industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets relating to lead generation, product and brand awareness. marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system would be advantageous.
  • Experience of managing cross channel B2B marketing plans
  • The ability to use insights to aid decision making and analyse performance.
  • Has a good working knowledge and understanding of core marketing specialisms resulting in a 360 view that will aid consistent, aligned and optimised planning.
  • Experience of working in an agile, fastmoving environment; able to adapt to new situations and changing priorities.
  • Able to create clear marketing briefs for agencies and internal teams.

Benefits
The salary range on offer for this role is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
