The
purpose of this role:


This
new opportunity of
Customer Service Supervisor enables you to work with a
close-knit team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are given.

Customer Service Supervisor your responsibilities will include:



  • Monitor projects from start to finish
  • Managing a
    wide range of customers, maintaining the
    highestlevel service to all

Liaising with suppliers across all departments

  • Keeping all
    orders uptodate and communicating delivery updates
As
Customer Service Supervisor your
skills and
experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a
    customer service role:

Experience working within a team

  • Excellent written and verbal
    communication skills:

  • IT proficiency with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Being highly organised and
    strong attention to detail
