The Role:

  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive care team at Willow Court, as a Receptionist. Willow Court is recovery and assessment suite offering 24 hr nursing care. We support residents who have been discharged from hospital for a period of up to six weeks.
  • The main aim of Willow Court is to ensure our residents feel welcome, safe and cared for by ensuring high standards at all times. We provide excellent 24 hour nursing care through highly qualified, attentive and dedicated staff who provide person centred care with a detailed support plan for each resident.

If you have a genuine interest in working within a caring environment this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

You'll play an essential role acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home; helping to improve our service by directing visitors and telephone calls to the correct location in a friendly and efficient manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player are essential as well as the ability to approach tasks with confidence and clarity and be able to work using your own initiative.
