Roles and responsibilities:

Ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts
To successfully lead and implement various projects to the growing Microsoft suite
Implement IT solutions to support the business and minimize risk
Providing adequate up to date IT documentation
Suggesting improvements to enable efficient use of company technology to staff
Conduct assessments of IT practices and see where improvements can be made
Asses where weaknesses and vulnerabilities could lie and see where possible upgrades could be implemented
