Verus are proud to be supporting in the recruitment of a Digital Product Owner for our most purpose driven client.
As a result of their fast and continuing growth they are looking for a Digital Product Owner to work alongside the Head of Digital in the ongoing development, optimisation and measurement of their consumer facing digital platforms to ensure a 5 Star digital experience.
In conjunction with the Head of Digital and the IT team, this role is accountable for the complete roadmap of digital development, and for creating business cases to obtain budget to deliver that roadmap and will be responsible for the design and evolution ofa real-time transactional and data platform that will "accelerate" their asset sales process and auto enrol service portal signup.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with stakeholders to manage all aspects of the digital product lifecycle including discovery, build and ongoing improvements to meet business objectives and customer needs
- Instrumental in the delivery of digital projects through the creation of, uploading and management of administration relating to projects, you'll ensuring key stakeholders are kept up to date with latest developments.
- Supporting the Head of Digital in conducting user research, analysing and reporting on this.
- Coordinating feedback for changes, refining designs, spotting new opportunities and proactively making suggestions
- Ensuring alignment with the Digital plan and manage delivery teams to provide a pipeline of enhancements and initiatives.
- Prioritise product requirements, own a single, consolidated backlog and communicate the digital product roadmap to key stakeholders within the business.
About you
- Adept in product management and product design tools such as Jira, Trello, Sketch, Figma or similar, you're also experienced in managing CMS platforms, ideally Kentico
- Understanding of various platforms and digital products as wells as knowledge in how APIs, SFTPs, SaaS systems can work
- Experience in a digital environment, ideally from a specific product management or UX role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
- Passionate about all things digital, you're fascinated with how people interact with web platforms and various forms of digital technology
- Skilled in analytics and reporting tools such as HotJar, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and BI tools; some experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools would be advantageous as would some HTML and CSS experience
- Analytical and data driven, you love problem solving
- Inquisitive, with an experimental approach, you always demonstrate a positive, proactive and solutions focused approach to your work
- Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people, a strong team player who is organised with an eye for detail.
- Flexible approach to delivery and the ability to work with changing, sometimes conflicting and tight deadlines

This is a hybrid role 2/3 days a week in the London office, and the rest remotely.
