What you'll do:


  • Planning, shaping and delivery management of Change and Transformation activity with a relentless focus on delivering business value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality outputs
  • Tasking and coordination within the Portfolio Value Stream, Programme and Projects including the identification and management of the necessary resources
  • Eliminating and where necessary managing and mitigating delivery risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear management and control of delivery objectives with specific focus on flow, value, and quality
  • Developing, maintaining, and regularly communicating the delivery roadmap alongside the provision of formal delivery performance reporting and insight
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and trusted relationships with sponsors, governance committees and key stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring business objectives and technology alignment for change activity is optimised to ensure business plans are achieved
  • Lead, support and drive continuous improvement through a range of quality management activities across the portfolio and the system of change

What you'll bring:


  • Knowledge and expertise of managing aggregated change activity
  • Expertise and experience in coordinating teams, resources and delivery planning
  • Be highly results oriented and focussed on adding value. Possess strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness
  • Must be able to demonstrate established stakeholder management skills across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a regulated and compliance led environment
  • Have a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions
  • Must be proficient in risk, resource, and cost management. Experience of multiple business and IT delivery methodologies (eg, MSP, Prince2, Lean, Agile, SDLC).
