What you'll do:

Planning, shaping and delivery management of Change and Transformation activity with a relentless focus on delivering business value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality outputs
Tasking and coordination within the Portfolio Value Stream, Programme and Projects including the identification and management of the necessary resources
Eliminating and where necessary managing and mitigating delivery risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear management and control of delivery objectives with specific focus on flow, value, and quality
Developing, maintaining, and regularly communicating the delivery roadmap alongside the provision of formal delivery performance reporting and insight
Establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and trusted relationships with sponsors, governance committees and key stakeholders across the business
Ensuring business objectives and technology alignment for change activity is optimised to ensure business plans are achieved
Lead, support and drive continuous improvement through a range of quality management activities across the portfolio and the system of change

What you'll bring:

Knowledge and expertise of managing aggregated change activity
Expertise and experience in coordinating teams, resources and delivery planning
Be highly results oriented and focussed on adding value. Possess strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness
Must be able to demonstrate established stakeholder management skills across a wide range of stakeholders
Experience of working in a regulated and compliance led environment
Have a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions
Must be proficient in risk, resource, and cost management. Experience of multiple business and IT delivery methodologies (eg, MSP, Prince2, Lean, Agile, SDLC).
