FIELD SALES MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY)
Charterhouse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Field Sales Manager for our client based in Birkenhead.

They are a well-established business who have been operating for almost 30 years nationally and they specialise in many areas of the automotiveindustry.

They have fantastic customer reviews, and they pride themselves on a first-class service.


WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:


  • Salary of between £30k and £40k DOE with a bonus scheme in place
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • This is a role where you will be out on the road for most of the week with ideally some meetings in the office based in Birkenhead
  • Company car (low tax bracket)
  • Company phone, laptop, and credit card
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE FIELD SALES MANAGER'S DAY:

  • Visiting commercial dealers across the UK to promote the services and products the business supplies.
  • Presenting / demonstrating the products to customers
  • Working with the internal sales team to plan your time / visits.
  • Negotiating new business
  • Negotiating group business
  • Following up on quotes / meetings attending
  • Partnering with manufacturers to ensure orders can be fulfilled.
  • And more

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION:

  • Previous experience within an automotive setting would be highly beneficial whether that be in a dealership, fleets, manufacturer etc.
  • Proven previous experience within a sales / field sales role
  • Be confident in promoting products.
  • Be confident in negotiating.
  • Have exceptional time management skills.
  • This role will suit a selfmotivated individual with a passion for sales.
