Health Care Assistants new to the Trust are required to carry out 8 days of training, consisting of a 2 day corporate induction and a 6 day Care Certificate course to help prepare you for and develop you in your new role.

This training will be held on set dates, weekdays and is not flexible.

(Care Certificate course is not applicable to Student Nurses) In addition to this, bank staff are required to fulfil the minimum requirement of working at least one shift per month.
