An opportunity has arisen for one of the best Student accommodation teams in the business.

My client is looking for chartered surveyor in the valuation team, open on level but would consider Associate Director level.

This is to join a team of 7 split across offices in London and Bristol.

A team where support and development are a given, and there is a real focus on team work to deliver the very best for your clients.

An opportunity to cover the UK and visit some of the UK's key university towns and cities.

My client is looking for someone to work out of their London office.

You will have:
MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer

Be able to demonstrate understanding of, and interest in, the residential market and the student housing sector.
