Who are we looking for?
A Head of Technical Service to join the team based in Diss, Norfolk, reporting to our Managing Director.
You will have a great track record of building and maintaining relationships which lead to generating sustainable ongoing service opportunities.
This role is focused on driving service revenue and will be responsible for setting and implementing the strategies needed to continue the growth of this core part of the business.
In this role you will provide leadership and set the culture for the Monarch office and field-based Service team.Who we need:
- The ability to analyse customer service operations and identify opportunities to create operational efficiencies that benefit the customer and company
- Proven ability to plan strategically and deliver initiatives that increase service revenue
- The ability to motivate and inspire, with a strong personality and the ability to communicate plans and challenges effectively at all levels
- Confident in developing team members to ensure continued growth across key metrics
- A high desire to exceed targets balanced with great customer service
- Effectively challenge existing work practices, identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and plans
- Strong problem solver, considering all potential causes and underlying causes of a problem and utilises all available skills and resources to fix the problem and prevent future reoccurrence
- Work closely and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and collaborate to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical skills in Excel, with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
