Main aspects of the role:

Accurately maintain our client database, ensuring all client contact is recorded.
Process orders using our in house system
Assist with scheduling survey/installation/remedial appointments
Liaise with internal/external customers to ensure a smooth client journey.
Perform any adhoc duties requested by the management team within the employee's capabilities.

Person Specification Primary Requirements

Excellent listening and communication skills.
Confident telephone manner
Executes a high level of attention to detail.
Confident using a PC and the ability to multitask
Selfmotivated and organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be escalated.
