Accounts Administrator, with general finance duties, 30 hours per week, up to £28,000 pro-rata
This SME Business in Bedford are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.
As the Accounts Administrator you will have varied responsibilities including:


Role:


A demanding role requiring a high level of organisation working in small accounts department with one other and Practice Manager.

The role will involve

  • General client monies management and reconciliation
  • Processing of incoming rents for properties managed by the firm
  • Processing and paying contractors
  • Accounting for management fees
  • Making payments to landlords
  • Processing property auction sales deposit monies
  • Assisting with purchase ledger and payroll where required

Experience:


  • Previous accounts and bookkeeping experience
  • Experience of property management accounting requirements
  • Knowledge of client accounting procedures
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Account reconciliation
  • Online banking payments

The successful Accounts Administrator will be a good communicator with a high level of attention to detail and capable of working to set deadlines. You must have previous experience of working within property lettings.
