Accounts Administrator, with general finance duties, 30 hours per week, up to £28,000 pro-rata
This SME Business in Bedford are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.
As the Accounts Administrator you will have varied responsibilities including:
Role:
A demanding role requiring a high level of organisation working in small accounts department with one other and Practice Manager.
- General client monies management and reconciliation
- Processing of incoming rents for properties managed by the firm
- Processing and paying contractors
- Accounting for management fees
- Making payments to landlords
- Processing property auction sales deposit monies
- Assisting with purchase ledger and payroll where required
Experience:
- Previous accounts and bookkeeping experience
- Experience of property management accounting requirements
- Knowledge of client accounting procedures
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Account reconciliation
- Online banking payments
The successful Accounts Administrator will be a good communicator with a high level of attention to detail and capable of working to set deadlines. You must have previous experience of working within property lettings.
