Do you have experience in the wider pension administration environment are are now looking for a role where you be able to further utilise your pensions knowledge but within a pension marketing environment_

Their Global Communications and Engagement division is now seeking am additional two Pensions Marketing Assistant Managers to join their Core Engagement team.

This area of the business provides support in with digitally led, integrated and engaging communicationsprogrammes.

The team partners and consults with clients to develop and deliver transparent and effective retirement and holistic financial wellness communication strategies that tangibly meet client objectives, advance the employee value proposition, and contributeto employee behaviour change through increased engagement.

This particular role will support marketing colleagues to execute the team's marketing objectives, including the delivery and development of integrated member campaigns as part of their member engagement programme.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns, on and offline, using behaviorally led targeting and segmentation. These campaigns will educate and engage their members to help them achieve better financial outcomes.

The role is part of a community of passionate communicators that span functional and central teams and
as such they are happy to train you in the marketing aspects, if your expereince has been gained within a pension administration environment.

Furthermore, is it essential that you are a great communicator with excellent written English and strong attention to detail, coupled with experience of managing your own projects end-to-end and of managing elements of wider projects within a regulated environment.
