£ £22.00 PER HOUR + HOLIDAY PAY***Our client, a creative agency based in the heart of the West End, are looking for a dedicated and personable EA to support their CEO.

The role will be to start asap for at least a 3-month period with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

The successful EA will be confident covering both business and private support and will have the flexibility to work out of hours when needed.

This is such an exciting opportunity for a team player who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise.

The CEO is charismatic, incredibly driven and has high attention to detail, requiring a very high level of support.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Diary management across multiple time zones
Managing a busy inbox with efficiency and discretion at all times
Arrange both internal and external meetings, collate and issue agendas
Extensive and complex international travel booking including accommodation, and visa arrangements
Personal support (holiday bookings, appointments, household staff liaison, ad hoc family support)
Event management and client liaison
