This customer service and sales position will involve working on our lead generation and market research campaign Clear Connections is currently working with some of the U.

K's largest energy providers and house-hold names

Experience Required:

Sales minded and target driven
Fantastic customer service
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised and efficient
Proactive in your approach

Responsibilities / Duties involved in this role:

Delivering in-person sales presentations on our utility events / residential campaign
Assisting sales by completing customer surveys
Using your vibrant customer service and people skills to attract a wide range of customers on our lead generation campaign
Handling all customer queries and questions
Helping to qualify leads whilst delivering 5* customer service
Generating quality and consistent leads for our client (working towards targets)
