Job summary:
- To maximise DECA's positive Cash Flow in a manner consistent with maintaining acceptable relationships with suppliers and contractors. Complying with HM Treasury payment policies and providing an efficient and effective payment system for the organisation.
Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Supplier Invoices
- Processing Staff Claims
- Providing Finance assistance to the Finance team
- Working with suppliers to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments
- Maintaining the invoice query log
- Ensuring Payables Ageing is maintained at agreed timescales
- Assist with Payables query resolution
- Preparation of payment remittances
Person specification:
Desirable Criteria
Administrative experience and knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
