Description

The Hartford seeks an individual to work as a member of the Central Service team to provide Delegated Authority support by administering facility risk level data across multiple classes.

The role is key to ensuring risk level data is made available to the business.

Job Responsibilities & Competence

  • To support the Central Service team with Delegated Authority entry under International Operations with a focus on Facility data
  • Assisting with the provision of facility risk level data to the business, including ensuring bordereaux are processed and Declaration entry for all Facilities into the underwriting system.
  • Assisting with the administration of the due diligence process, including carrying out scheduled tasks, followups, completing prescribed due diligence checks, updating records and filing
  • Assisting the administration of the audit management process, including updating records, filing, followups, and invoice processing
  • Assist with the delegated authority credit control framework
  • Timely and efficient processing of policy slip data into Underwriting systems within agreed business month end SLA
  • Managing policy endorsement adjustments on internal Underwriting systems within agreed business SLA
  • Work with the wider operations team, Underwriters, and IT to ensure reporting requirements are met
  • Other ad hoc tasks aligned to Central Service and International Operations
