We have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial team for a Category Merchandisers

Ensuring we have the right mix of shows in our Schedule is a vital factor in maximising sales, and productivity here at the UK's leading home shopping channel.

It's an exciting challenge, which can be yours.

Reporting to the All Channel Merchandising Manager, develop the yearly departmental bottom up Budget by month for Sales and Airtime.

Leading discussion with commercial teams about Department's strategies & potential, highlighting risks & opportunities to the Financial Budget.

This includes building detailed Airtime and Sales Roadmap for branded shows and generic airtime 6 months ahead of airing and identify if Quarterly Financial Plan is achievable.

As Category Merchandiser

You will work closely with the Buying & Planning Teams to provide update on current performance against plan for Sales and Airtime.

Proposing what actions to take in view of recent performance.

You will ideally be degree qualified (preferably business related) with demonstrable merchandising experience at an Advanced Planner/Merchandiser level or similar, with specific focus upon managing product areas with a minimum sales value of circa £50 million.
