    Our housekeeping team leaders play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are caring individuals with a keen eye for detail, and they excel at nurturing their teams to thrive.
    We are looking for someone who takes pride in seeing a finished room sparkle. If you love the feeling of fresh linens on a made bed or towels stacked neatly, you could be an ideal fit as a Room Attendant at the Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotel.
    As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
    • Organising daily work tasks, including room allocations across both hotels.
    • Conducting thorough checks of hotel rooms after cleaning to ensure high standards are met and rooms are ready for guests.
    • Managing the cleaning of communal areas to maintain exceptionally high standards, overseeing the ground floor cleaner to achieve this goal.
    • Performing monthly stock control and stock taking.
    • Adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
    • Reporting any maintenance issues through the proper procedures.
    • Returning rooms to guests within the specified timeline, assisting Room Attendants to meet this deadline.
    • Covering Room Attendant duties if required by the department.
    • Supporting the porters and laundry team in completing their daily tasks.
    • Familiarising yourself with the room booking system.
    • Attending meetings as requested by Housekeeping Management.
    • Maintaining effective communication with senior managers in Housekeeping.
    • Sharing relevant information with other departments.
    We require someone who:
    • Has experience working in a similar role.
    • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
    • Is self-motivated and highly organised.
    • Can effectively work as part of a team and independently.
    • Communicates clearly and concisely.
    • Possesses clear written and spoken English skills.
