- Organising daily work tasks, including room allocations across both hotels.
- Conducting thorough checks of hotel rooms after cleaning to ensure high standards are met and rooms are ready for guests.
- Managing the cleaning of communal areas to maintain exceptionally high standards, overseeing the ground floor cleaner to achieve this goal.
- Performing monthly stock control and stock taking.
- Adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
- Reporting any maintenance issues through the proper procedures.
- Returning rooms to guests within the specified timeline, assisting Room Attendants to meet this deadline.
- Covering Room Attendant duties if required by the department.
- Supporting the porters and laundry team in completing their daily tasks.
- Familiarising yourself with the room booking system.
- Attending meetings as requested by Housekeeping Management.
- Maintaining effective communication with senior managers in Housekeeping.
- Sharing relevant information with other departments.
- Has experience working in a similar role.
