Description

Are you a motivated individual who is looking to work in residential property? Do you have excellent customer service skills and the desire to work to a high standard? We are looking for an individual who is able to confidently chat with people on the phone and in person, carry out quality viewings and negotiate with interested parties.


This varied role will involve using our CRM, various software and apps, uploading posts to social media and administrative duties in support of the whole team.

You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of the team and understand the need for an outstanding customer journey, in this busy marketplace.


Understanding of the process involved with selling/purchasing a property would be advantageous as would either telesales or customer service experience.


Our company is a long established and respected independent Estate Agents with large lettings and commercial departments also - we have a team of 19 people based in Gravesend.

We pride ourselves in the team we have built up and endeavour to maintain a great working atmosphere for all.


The package is commensurate with this position and there are many benefits and bonus/commission payments made to each team member regularly.

A clean driving licence and car will be necessary as you will be expected to travel to appointments. We will pay mileage, provide mobile phone and full training for all systems and procedures.


Hours:26 hours per week Mondays to Fridays and some Saturdays


Key Responsibilities:


  • Applicant registering
  • Conducting viewings
  • Obtaining feedback
  • Liaising with vendors
  • Arranging appointments
  • Creation of social media content for the Sales Department
  • Departmental administration including invoicing
