Client Administrators required by our client, a financial services organisation providing private/group pension and investment services, to assist Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with their administrative duties and act as the point of contact for clientqueries and information requests.
The successful Client Administrator will have a keen desire to learn investment products & processes or previous experience as an administrator within a financial services organisation.
Key responsibilities of the Client Administrator:
- General administrative duties including system maintenance, document handling and data entry.
- Act as the point of contact for client with queries on open policies/schemes or information requests.
- Complete administrative duty of all Group Scheme related review & reports and act as the point of contact for Group Scheme members.
- Prepare meeting packs and support the Financial Planner in delivery of client meetings.
- Adhoc general administrative duties for other departments.
Key skills of the Client Administrator:
- Previous Administrative experience in an administrative position in Financial Services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise task in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
- R01, FA1, FA2 qualification is advantageous but not necessary.
