About the Company

Our client is a well-respected specialist with 25 years of experience in the field of internal and external refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas.

They act as principle contractor, with projects ranging across the from High Specification Residential, Government, Private, Public and Leisure sectors.

The have worked on many prestigious projects including numerous London Theatres, Historic Markets, Historic Public Houses, and London Estates. Most of their work comes from repeat business and prestigious client referrals with whom they have built close relationships.

Established in 1996 as a specialist façade restoration company my client has experienced steady growth for nearly 25 years, they have expanded to operate as a Main Contractor capable of executing contracts up to the value of £3m.

Specialising in external refurbishments of traditional buildings, but a growing percentage of their projects involve CAT A, Cat A+ fit-outs and commercial and warehouse refurbishments.

The success of the business can be attributed to a small, dedicated team taking pride in their work, close working relationships with their clients and respect from within the industry.

About the Role:

Our client has released an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to work as part of their team.

This individual will be work closely with the directors to secure new internal & external refurbishment project in London, focusing on providing tenders for projects to new and repeat customers.

You will be tendering projects valued between £100,000 and £3 million.

Due to the values of work the tenders will be quick tern around and you will need to be able to work at pace.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary between £60,000 and £75,000.

In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including car allowance, pension, health, travel allowance, and bonus. They also offer hybrid working with 2/3 days working from home.

As well as long-term career prospects and progression, you will also work closely with the Commercial Manager who can offer support should you need it.

Requirements:

Salary:
£65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
